First off, Brian gave me an immediate estimate the day following my initial phone call. He was very personable and offered advice and information in a most professional manner. I had cheaper estimates, but decided to go with Tree Work Now due to my interaction with Brian. The six person work crew arrived as scheduled. Al, the crew leader, introduced himself and appraised me of the work that was to be done. After a brief review of the work order, he and his crew went about their business in a very efficient and "no nonsense" manner. Within a couple of hours my trees were trimmed and the refuse removed. I would definitely hire Tree Work Now again.

I contacted Tree Work Now in mid-October about our oak tree, which was in need of a trim. I left a message, and that same evening a very friendly and polite woman called me back and let me know that due to the damage caused by Hurricane Matthew, the entire crew would be very busy in Volusia County for quite some time, and would possibly not get back to our area for up to a month. I let her know that that was okay, as our tree situation was not an emergency. I would wait for them to become available. A week later, I was contacted by an estimator, who came out to provide an estimate for the work that was needed. He said it might be a few days before a crew could come to our neighborhood, but he would call us the day before. The very next day he phoned and said a crew would be in the neighborhood that afternoon, if that time would work for us. We said yes. The crew arrived in the afternoon as promised and trimmed our tree for us, as well as a large hibiscus bush. They were courteous and efficient, completed the job promptly, and removed all the tree and bush trimmings, leaving the front yard neat and clean and our oak tree happy. Everyone we spoke to at Tree Work Now was friendly, courteous, and professional. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing tree work done.

Absolute 5 star service. Been a customer for years. When Hurricane Matthew hit and I had dangerous limbs dangling with small children on the property they came right out to our rescue. Very thorough, very professional and do exceptional tree trimming and tree removal work. Highly recommend. The entire staff from the workers on site to office staff are nothing short of first class.

My seven trunk 60 ft tall avocado tree died and needed to be removed. I contacted Tree Work Now and a representative came out the next day. The estimate was extremely reasonable. The Tree Work Now team was friendly, polite and worked quickly to remove the tree and grind the trunk. I was thrilled with the work and have already recommended Tree Work Now to my neighbors. We have done business with this company previously. Dani Keller is great, he truly assesses the need and what is required to get the job done. We had two very large trees in the front of our home that needed to be removed. The crew was on time and very professional. The trees were close to our home, but with this company - no worries. We were able to watch them in action this time. Oh my goodness!! They are a marvel of efficiency. All of them are polite and careful to avoid damage to anything else in the yard. We thought it would take at least a couple of hours to do these two huge trees - but 45 minutes after they arrived, the trees were down, all of the debris was raked and cleaned up and they were on their way. My husband and I had a tree come down on a rental property we recently inherited. There has been little to no maintenance on the trees for years. We had gotten a quote from another company but they did not contact us to set up the work. On a Thursday morning our renters called and told me one of the trees had fallen down and the root ball was pulled out of the ground, in addition it damaged some other trees. I first contacted the company that had given us the quote and they said they could not get to it for a week or more. Their arborist Dani came that evening to do a walk over of the property. He was able to tell me the names of all the trees in our yard. I had been trying to figure that out for years. Yard things are in my husband's bailiwick so Dani agreed to come back Friday evening to meet with my husband. Dani provided us with a detailed estimate and my husband hired him on the spot. His team was at our property first thing in the morning on Saturday. They were professional, skilled and quick. They left behind no trash or so much as a spare leaf. The neighbors were so impressed they to hired Tree Work Now to cut down some of their trees. Since moving to Florida we have not had the best luck with contractors. It was a true pleasure working with the professionals at Tree Work Now. I have already recommended the company to all of my friends. In addition to the great work they did, a representative of the company called me later the next week to see if the job had been completed to our satisfaction. A multitude of thanks to Dani, Evan, and all their crew for the excellent service they have provided us over the last few years. Having switched tree service in 2004 , we have continued with Tree Work Now because of the extraordinary care they provide each time they visit our home. We have spent 25 years developing the landscaping around our home. The Tree Work Now crews use great caution when we have trees removed, or trimmed so as not to disturb the gardens or structures. The most memorable event came when a 60 foot oak tree fell parallel to the front of the house blocking all entryways. We called Evan, and Dani was out to the house in 15 minutes. They worked ALL day in the POURING rain to remove that tree, still taking care of the landscaping nearby. We were amazed and extremely thankful. These young men are dedicated to the customer and take great pride in a job well done. We spend summers away from home and can relax knowing that if something goes amiss, our house sitter can pick up our phone and call Evan, and the work will be done with the same degree of efficiency and care as if we were standing right there watching. Tree Work Now was so responsive. I was so impressed. I asked for a quote online and within 5 minutes I was called and in an hour had someone here to give me the quote! Six gentlemen came on the day scheduled and they were so professional. They not only did a great job on the trimming I needed done but they did it safely, cleaned up every sprig in the yard and chipped it all. They are licensed and insured which is a huge plus. I would recommend them to anyone and the price is right!

We needed to have a large camphor tree removed and the stump ground in order to put in a new driveway. Tree Work Now responded promptly to my inquiry call, met me as agreed at my house to give me a proposal, did the work professionally, and left the job with all debris removed and the area swept clean. I don't know how the work could have been done any better, or more promptly. And the price was very fair. I did not know whom to call when I needed the tree removed, but I do now.

Of the three businesses I called, Tree Work Now got back to me with an estimate the quickest and was the most reasonable. Everything was discussed professionally over the phone--I wasn't even present while the on-site estimator was there. The completed work was EXACTLY as we discussed and other than what was done, I couldn't even tell anyone was there--no additional cleanup needed. I was very satisfied and surprised by the job done by Tree Work Now. My experiences with other service suppliers has shown most to be unresponsive and not overly concerned with quality work or customer satisfaction. Tree Work Now broke that perception. The work was done as promised on the day promised, and at the cost promised. I had two oak trees removed and another trimmed. The crew was very competent, and professional. They insured that all debris was cleaned up and did not leave until they made sure I was satisfied. My "yard" is 5 acres and does need some tree maintenance from time to time, I will not hesitate to call them back for future work.

As new, young homeowners, my wife & I were thrilled to meet a contractor who told us many promises regarding our tree removal for a low price. Unfortunately, that company, who shall remain nameless, was unresponsive, constantly made excuses, and fell 9 weeks behind on the agreed upon work date. Finally, fed up with the negligent company, we fired them and began to search for a new company. Enter Jeremy Keller.

Already burned once, we drilled Jeremy with questions about Tree Work Now and their work ethic throughout our free estimate. Although the positive reviews online eased some concerns, we needed to prove it to ourselves. My overall experience with Tree Work Now was top notch. The work and removal of all debris was thoroughly done and in a timely manner. The fearless climber, John, knows what he is doing and does it extremely well. They will always be the only company I will contact if I should need their services again.

The job was started on time and finished as rapidly as one could hope. The huge pine (killed by lightening) was right next to our house but the crew knew how to handle it and did a great job.

I decided to trim my crape myrtle tree myself. bad idea! lesson learnt! I emailed tree work now on a SATURDAY asking for help to finish the job AND got a response! Dani, their arborist, met with us and was very helpful in suggesting how to preserve a very large live oak on our property. We also had some other trees we wanted removed and trimmed. The crew arrived on schedule and did an amazing job safely and professionally removing some large trees and cleaning up dead wood and moss from the live oak. They cleaned up thoroughly and the property looks better than ever.

Danny came out and gave us 2 quotes for 4 trees that desperately needed some trimming. After getting 2 other quotes from different tree guys we went with Tree Work Now because they knew what they were talking about and knew what they were doing.
